Profile
Jennifer Sprecher has been working with small to mid-sized
manufacturers for over 17 years. Since 1996
Jennifer has been the Principal of Critical Path Consulting, providing consulting and
training services in Quality and Lean Manufacturing and securing
Employee Insight on areas crucial to organizational performance. Jennifer’s Lean Manufacturing philosophy
emphasizes sound measurements and team problem solving.
Her Quality systems emphasize value-added improvements. Jennifer has worked extensively in both the
Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award, as a Senior Lead Examiner for Washington State, and the
ISO 9000 system as implementor, trainer and auditor.
Jennifer’s approach is based upon identification and involvement
of affected parties. Her results are
measurable and emphasize creating value. A
fundamental philosophy of Critical Path Consulting is to unleash individual contributions
throughout the organization to create synergistic improvements.
Prior to consulting, Jennifer led an Engineering Department to
a 200% improvement in department accomplishments.
As Production Manager of a new GMP, FDA regulated facility; Jennifer
was responsible for the hiring, training and management of six supervisors and 165
employees in a three-shift operation. The
facility was meeting goals within 3 months of operation.
As ISO coordinator for a strobe light manufacturer, Jennifer was responsible
for successfully implementing and obtaining certification to ISO 9001 while simultaneously
reducing overhead and direct labor costs.
With a background in Industrial Engineering Jennifer has
received the Outstanding Industrial Engineer award for the San Diego Chapter of the
Institute of Industrial Engineering. Her
strengths are creative problem-solving, planning, follow through and an ability to work
effectively with all levels of an organization.
Jennifer Sprecher is the Senior Consultant and owner. She has over 18 years of
experience in a wide variety of applications.
